CROSS-BORDER E-COMMERCE & MARKETPLACE SELLERS

Gel Nail Polish Supply for E-Commerce & Marketplace Sellers

“Your customers should receive the product they see online. We start with the details that connect your product, packaging and listing, then plan for the orders that follow.”

02 / WHAT WILL YOUR CUSTOMER RECEIVE?

Define the Product You Want to Sell

One bottle, a color collection or a combination of products each needs a different order brief. Define one selling unit first, then work out how many of those units you want to buy.

A Focused Product Offer

Individual Products

Build around a selected product, shade or finish. Specify each version separately so capacity, packaging and order quantities stay clear.

Define the Unit
Product type, shade, capacity and individual packaging.
Confirm the Order
Units per shade or version, plus any private label requirements.

A Coordinated Palette

Color Sets

Group colors around a clear theme or customer preference. Decide which shades belong together and what each complete set contains.

Define the Unit
Included shades, bottle capacities, quantities and set packaging.
Confirm the Order
Number of complete sets and how individual shades may be reordered.

Products with a Shared Purpose

Product Bundles

Combine selected products around an intended use. Confirm their requirements together and make the contents explicit.

Define the Unit
Every included item, its role, capacity and applicable instructions.
Confirm the Order
Bundle quantity, component quantities and packaging layout.

PRODUCT BUNDLES

Bundle contents are agreed item by item. Lamps, tools and accessories are not included unless specifically confirmed.

03 / FIRST ORDER & QUOTATION

Plan a First Order You Can Evaluate

You do not need to launch every color at once. Start with a defined selection, then review your sales and customer feedback before extending the range.

Choose What Needs to Change

  1. Existing Product Selection

Identify suitable JTING products and available colors. Confirm capacity, quantities and the packaging route.

  2. Your Label and Packaging

Keep the product selection focused while developing the bottle, label and box details needed for your own brand.

  3. Custom Color or Formula Direction

Share the difference you want to achieve. Development and revisions need to be considered separately from a repeat product order.

Product choice, shade count, capacity and packaging affect the quote. A starting MOQ is not a fixed price or a guarantee that every custom format uses the same minimum.

Starting Order Quantities

10 pieces / shade

Private label gel nail polish

100 pieces total

JTING mixed-color orders

Final minimums depend on the product, formula, packaging and customization scope.

Bring These Details to the Quote

  • Product or set contents and capacity
  • Quantity per version and total order quantity
  • Your label and packaging requirements
  • Destination and requested delivery window
  • Target purchase budget, if available

LOOK AT THE COMPLETE COST

Review the product and packaging quote alongside your freight, fulfillment and selling fees. Share any packaging size or weight constraints early so they can be considered before samples are approved.

04 / PRODUCT, SELLING UNIT & SHIPMENT

Plan Packaging Around the Selling Unit

The bottle your customer opens, the set they buy and the carton you receive are different parts of the same order. Confirm how they fit together before production.

01 / THE PRODUCT

Bottle & Product Label

Confirm capacity, closure, brush and label layout. Check the selected components with the product, including the information needed to identify it.

02 / THE SELLING UNIT

Individual Pack or Set

Define what is sold together, how the items are held in place and which details appear on the outer pack. Review dimensions and weight against your brief.

03 / THE SHIPMENT

Carton & Receiving Details

Agree quantities per carton and the packing arrangement. Provide any barcode, shipping-mark or receiving requirements before artwork and packing are finalized.

REVIEW CUSTOMIZATION OPTIONS

Tell us if the order will go to your own warehouse, a fulfillment partner or a marketplace receiving location. Packaging support is reviewed against the requirements you provide; platform or warehouse acceptance is not assumed.

05 / THE INFORMATION BEHIND YOUR LISTING

Prepare Product Information and Visual Assets

Whether you sell through Amazon, TikTok Shop or your own store, your team needs a clear reference for the exact product being sold. Agree the information and visual assets required for your project.

JTING Glaze Jelly Gel bottles, boxed collection and color swatches arranged with a camera and studio lighting for product photography.

Keep product photos, descriptions and the approved packaging version aligned with what is supplied.

Product Reference

Know What Belongs in the Listing

  • Product name, reference and shade code
  • Capacity and the full contents of each set
  • Applicable product and use instructions
  • Approved label and packaging version

Visual Content

Show the Actual Product

JTING can support product photography and videos, including product details, color references and set presentation. Agree the shots, formats and deliverables around the selected products.

Product & Market Documents

Confirm What Your Channel Needs

Share the destination and the document request. Available support can include INCI information, SDS/MSDS or other relevant documents, depending on the product and market.

Confirm the requested documents before placing the order. Product-document support does not replace seller qualification or guarantee listing approval.

06 / BEFORE YOU APPROVE PRODUCTION

Review the Complete Product, Not Just the Color

A sample review should cover the item your customer will receive. Bring product, pack contents and artwork decisions together before placing the production order.

  1. Select the Product

Define product type, shades, capacities and what belongs in each selling unit.

  2. Evaluate Samples

Review the actual color, effect and application against the agreed brief and instructions.

  3. Confirm the Pack

Check contents, label text, artwork versions and the proposed packing arrangement.

  4. Approve Production

Confirm the final specifications, quantities and schedule. Keep the approved references.

Check Before Signing Off

  • Product & Capacity
  • Set Contents & Counts
  • Labels & Packaging
  • Photos & Final Version

Identify any additional packaging or transport checks needed for your project before production approval.

07 / REPLENISH WHAT SELLS, TEST WHAT COMES NEXT

Separate Repeat Orders from New Product Tests

Keep established products and new ideas on separate order lines. Your sales and customer feedback can guide what to replenish, change or stop buying.

REORDER AN EXISTING PRODUCT

Keep the Reference. Confirm the Quantity

Use the approved product, shade code and packaging version when requesting a repeat order. Flag any changes rather than relying on “the same as last time.”

  • List quantities by item, shade or complete set.
  • Keep approved physical references available.
  • Confirm production timing before planning arrival.
  • Allow separately for transport and receiving arrangements.

TEST A NEW PRODUCT

Define the Change. Evaluate the Response

Bring a new color direction, effect or set idea as a separate project. Confirm whether it needs new development, packaging or content before adding it to the order.

  • Specify what is different from the existing range.
  • Review samples before setting the first quantity.
  • Match the purchase to your budget and sales plan.
  • Expand based on your own results, not a fixed ratio.

08 / E-COMMERCE SOURCING QUESTIONS

Before Your First Order

The practical details behind product selection, packaging and repeat supply.

Can I source JTING products or order under my own label?

Both options can be discussed. For JTING products, share the products and quantities you want to source. For private label nail products, include your logo, packaging direction and any color or formula requests. We can then confirm the scope, applicable minimums and sample requirements.

Private label gel nail polish starts from 10 pieces per shade. JTING house-brand mixed-color orders start from 100 pieces. Product type, formula requests, packaging and customization may change the minimum. For sets, confirm the number of complete sets and the quantity of each included product rather than applying a bottle minimum directly to the set.

Yes, we can discuss coordinated colors and packaging around your proposed set. Provide the included products, capacities, quantities and intended use. Each component and any required product-system compatibility should be confirmed. Lamps, tools or other accessories are included only when explicitly agreed.

Share the destination, fulfillment route and any written packing, barcode or receiving requirements before artwork approval. We will review what can be supported for the order and confirm the scope. Do not assume that a standard pack is automatically accepted by every marketplace or warehouse.

JTING can discuss product photography, videos, color charts, packaging mockups and relevant product information. Agree the required formats and deliverables for the selected products. Final listing images and descriptions should reflect the approved product and packaging, including the exact contents of a set.

Documentation support depends on the product and destination. Send the actual request so we can confirm available support, which can include SDS/MSDS, INCI information or other relevant records. Seller qualification and platform approval remain separate from the supply of product documents.

Standard samples typically take 7–10 business days. Custom color or formula development typically takes 2–4 weeks, and bulk production typically takes 15–20 days after sample and packaging approval. The final schedule depends on the order. For repeat purchases, reference the approved items and identify any changes; shipping and receiving time are separate from production.
