Due to production processes, minor variations may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Custom orders (including colors, formulas, packaging, and branding) are produced according to confirmed specifications and are non-refundable once production has started.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to confirmation based on order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping destination.
Payments must be completed according to the agreed terms before production or shipment.
JTING reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of material or cost fluctuations, with prior notice.

5. Production & Lead Time

Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume.
Delays caused by force majeure (including but not limited to logistics disruptions, natural events, or regulatory changes) are not considered a breach of contract.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods and responsibilities will be agreed upon before dispatch.
Risk transfers to the buyer once the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
JTING is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local regulations.

7. Quality Assurance & Claims

Quality inspection standards are based on confirmed samples and specifications.
Any quality-related claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods, supported by clear evidence.
JTING reserves the right to evaluate and provide reasonable solutions based on the situation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and trademarks, is the property of JTING or its partners and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
